The Flex gang grooming mower consists of a frame-carrier mechanically and hydraulically connected to three rear discharge Cyclone C50 series mowers. Each mower works completely independent from the others thanks to a double pivot floating linkage that connects the frame to the mowers and allows them to follow the uneven terrain.
In addition, the Flex comes with telescopic arms that allow to increase or reduce the overlap of the mowers to obtain either a greater cutting width, or to improve the mower overlap in case of frequent tight turning radiuses.
The power transmission between the tractor and the gang grooming mower is done by means of a wide angle driveline with a slip clutch. This type of driveline allows the machine to perform very tight turns (zero turn radius) without damaging any of the components on the transmission.
